My passion for bridal started when I landed a job working as a stylist for a small bridal boutique in Brisbane. After a short time of being there I took on the role of 2IC. I fell in love with the dresses, atmosphere, the people and the experience itself. I rode the highs and lows alongside my brides in their search for the perfect dress/outfit. During this time however, I noticed a lot of what was out there looked similar across the board.

I could resonate with the brides wanting something that reflected their individuality but were limited by what the stores stocked and considered to be "in fashion", it was disheartening. I think back to my own bridal shopping experience (way back in 2005) and how I settled. I visited up to 6 stores and felt out of place, underdressed, underbudgeted, and underwhelmed. I ended up choosing a dress that wasn't really me but was the only one I felt some kind of way in out the of the ones I tried on.

Having always had a creative flair and experience in business I created TLBB for brides to feel like they have a friend in the industry. A label and a place you can trust and be yourself. Where you can find something a little different or choose to create you very own look.
