How It Works

Step 1 - Design Consultation + Sketching Service $270

Convey your design requirements online or in person. Provide reference pictures and design ideas such as silhouette, sleeves, neckline, colour etc. We will check all design details, source and provide fabric options then summarise your design in a professional sketch. Once all design details are confirmed we will provide you with a price to have your unique design made and if needed delivered. If you are happy with the price and wish to proceed a 50% deposit will be required to place your order and secure your design in our production schedule. 

Step 2 - Inspect Production With Mockup + Finished Dress Photos

A mockup is the foundation of your design, it's purpose is to ensure you are reaching your ideal silhouette and fit. Images of your mockup will be provided to you to ensure you are happy prior to production starting. Images will be provided for your inspection and confirmation at different stages throughout production, including lace layout, beadwork and finally the finished garment. Each custom garment is made-to-measure and handmade by our team of expert dressmakers.

Step 3 - Appointment + Delivery

It's here! As soon as your garment is ready for collection/delivery we will make contact. If you are local an appointment will be made for you to come in studio, try it on and look at what alterations may be needed. Alterations are almost always necessary for a perfect fit and we will give you the details of our most trusted seamstress to ensure it's just right.

If you choose delivery we will notify you once shipping has been arranged, providing you with tracking details and then following up with you once it has been delivered.

The remaining balance owing is due upon collection or prior to shipping.
