Please allow up to 12 weeks from order to arrival in our studio — each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order.

Returns
We take pride in our garments and carefully inspect all items prior to shipping. Since our items are made-to-order, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please report this within 72 hours of delivery — we’ll repair, replace, or refund it.

Cancellations
Our gowns are hand-crafted just for you, so we have a specific cancellation policy to keep things fair.

You can cancel anytime before pickup or dispatch.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you’ve paid in full, cancelling means forfeiting 50% (the deposit), and the rest will be refunded (minus any fees).
