Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide so brides everywhere can access our curated collection. Every order includes tracking, signature on delivery, and transit insurance (up to $1,500 AUD) for peace of mind.

We use trusted couriers such as Pack & Send, Australia Post, Aramex, and Transdirect. The carrier may vary depending on your location and the best available option at the time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping Australia-wide and to New Zealand (excluding sample sale items).

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before production or dispatch begins.

Made-to-Order Items
Each item is handcrafted just for you. Production times vary by designer:

  • Katy Corso – up to 12 weeks

  • Nataliya Vilchuk – up to 8 weeks

  • Elly Bride – up to 14 weeks

Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping.

Sample Sale Items
Sample sale orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5 business days once shipped.

Tracking & Delivery
You'll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped. All parcels require a signature on delivery.

International Orders & Customs Fees
Prices shown on our website do not include international customs duties or taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility upon arrival. Customs delays are outside our control and may affect delivery timeframes. Please check with your local customs office for specific regulations.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
All orders are insured in transit for up to $1,500 AUD. If your order is valued above this and you'd like full coverage, contact us before dispatch for a quote. While we’re not responsible for parcels once they’ve left our care, we’re here to help.

  • For damaged items, notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • For missing parcels, notify us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll assist with the claims process, which can take up to 30 business days. If a claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement (time permitting) or a refund, minus any non-refundable shipping and processing fees.

If a claim is denied, we’ll do our best to offer a fair outcome—this may include a partial refund or a discount on another purchase as a goodwill gesture.
