We ship to a curated list of countries where we know brides love our style, including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Singapore, the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark.
Shipping to the United States is temporarily paused due to current import changes.
We work with trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Aramex for domestic deliveries, and Australia Post and Interparcel for international orders. Shipping providers may vary depending on your location, parcel size, and the most suitable service available at the time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
We offer free shipping Australia-wide and to New Zealand (excluding veils and sample sale items).
Shipping Insurance
Complimentary transit insurance is included for all gown orders, with cover up to $2,000 AUD per shipment.
For higher value orders, additional coverage is arranged to ensure your order is protected in transit.
Delivery Timeframes
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Production Times
Each item is made just for you, so production times vary depending on the item:
- The Laid Back Bride: up to 16 weeks
- Veils: up to 6 weeks
- Sample Sale Items: ready to ship (no production time)
Timeframes are calculated from order placement to arrival in studio.
Shipping Timeframes (after your order leaves our studio)
Australia (Standard): up to 6 business days
Australia (Express): 2–3 business days
International (Express): 3–7 business days
Shipping timeframes apply once your order has been completed and dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier handling, and customs processing.
International shipping timeframes apply to most major destinations, including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, remote locations, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking & Delivery
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your parcel has been booked with the carrier or lodged for shipping. All gown parcels require a signature on delivery, while veil orders are delivered with tracking only.
International Orders & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
As these charges vary by location, we’re unable to estimate them in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we don’t have control once parcels are in the carrier’s hands, we’ll always assist where we can to help resolve any delivery issues.
- Damaged items: Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos.
- Missing parcels: Please notify us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll guide you through the claims process, which can take up to 30 business days. If a claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement (time permitting) or a refund, minus any non-refundable shipping and processing fees.
If a claim is denied, we’ll still do our best to offer a fair outcome — this may include a partial refund or a discount on another purchase as a goodwill gesture.
