Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide so brides everywhere can access our curated collection. We use trusted shipping providers such as Australia Post, Aramex, as well as booking platforms like Transdirect and Interparcel (which connect us to a wide range of carriers). The delivery service may vary depending on your location and the best available option at the time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping Australia-wide and to New Zealand (excluding veils and sample sale items).

Shipping Insurance

Every gown order includes complimentary transit insurance up to $1,500 AUD, along with tracking and signature on delivery for peace of mind.

If your gown is valued above this and you’d like extra coverage, we can arrange it at cost — just let us know before shipping and we’ll provide a quote.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Production Times

Each item is made just for you and production times vary.

  • Gowns  Katy Corso: up to 12 weeks | Nataliya Vilchuk: up to 8 weeks
  • Veils up to 4 weeks
  • Sample Sale Items — ready to ship (no production time)

Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery in addition to the above production times.

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your parcel has been booked with the courier or lodged for shipping. All gown parcels require a signature on delivery, while veil orders are delivered with tracking only.

International Orders & Customs Fees

Prices shown on our website do not include international customs duties or taxes. These are set by your country’s customs office and are outside of our control — we’re not privy to how or when they may be applied by the courier. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may be charged upon delivery.

Customs delays are also outside our control and may affect delivery timeframes. Please check with your local customs office for specific regulations.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we don’t have control once parcels are in the carrier’s hands, we’ll always assist where we can to help resolve any delivery issues.

  • Damaged items: Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos.

  • Missing parcels: Please notify us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll guide you through the claims process, which can take up to 30 business days. If a claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement (time permitting) or a refund, minus any non-refundable shipping and processing fees.

If a claim is denied, we’ll still do our best to offer a fair outcome — this may include a partial refund or a discount on another purchase as a goodwill gesture.
