Ordering bridalwear online is a big deal—we get it. Every order that leaves our Redcliffe studio is fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit, tracked end-to-end, and requires a signature on delivery. Here's everything you need to know.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. If your country isn't listed, please reach out to us at letstalkbridal@tlbbride.com — we'd love to see if we can arrange a custom delivery option for your special day.

We work with trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Interparcel. Shipping providers may vary depending on your location, parcel size, and the most suitable service available at the time.

Shipping Costs

Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping on all full-priced gowns. All other items — including accessories and sale gowns — are calculated at checkout.

All other countries: Shipping is calculated at checkout for all orders.

Lead Times & Delivery

Delivery timeframes vary depending on whether your item is made-to-order or ready-to-ship.

Lead time: Up to 14 weeks

Lead time: Up to 16 weeks

Veils
Lead time: Up to 6 weeks

Sale Gowns
Dispatch: 1–2 business days

Ready-to-Ship Accessories
Dispatch: 1–2 business days

For made-to-order items, creation time runs from when your order is placed until it arrives in our studio. Once received, we quality-check and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier handling, and customs processing. Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, remote locations, or peak shipping periods.

International Orders & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes set by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Because these rates vary by location and change frequently, we’re unable to provide accurate estimates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most up-to-date information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If something goes wrong in transit, your parcel is fully covered by our transit protection. Our insurer operates strict reporting windows, so please follow the relevant steps below as soon as you notice an issue:

Domestic Orders

  • If your parcel arrives damaged:
    Please submit a report here within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of both the outer packaging and the gown, as these are required for our insurance claim.
  • If your parcel is missing:
    If your tracking stalls or your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 days of your dispatch email, please lodge a report here so we can open an investigation straight away.

International Orders

  • If your parcel arrives damaged:
    Please notify us at letstalkbridal@tlbbride.com within 24 hours of receipt. Include clear photos of the outer packaging and the damage so we can file an immediate claim on your behalf.
  • If your parcel is missing:
    If your tracking stalls or your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 days of your dispatch email, please notify us at letstalkbridal@tlbbride.com. International coverage windows are strict, so the sooner you contact us, the better.

Once a transit review is opened, we will guide you through the process step-by-step. If a claim is approved, we'll offer a replacement gown where timing allows, or a full refund — either way, you won't be left out of pocket.
