Refund & Returns Policy

We take pride in our garments and carefully inspect all items prior to shipping. Since our items are made-to-order, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please report this within 72 hours of delivery — we’ll repair, replace, or refund it.

For your convenience, we offer in-person fittings in our Brisbane studio and virtual consultations for brides worldwide.

Sample Sale Returns

Sample sale items are sold as-is and may show minor signs of wear. If you purchased a sample sale item, you have 14 days from delivery to return it. Please try on your garment as soon as it arrives and avoid makeup, lotion, or fake tan. Return shipping and any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

To start a return, log into your customer account and follow the prompts. If approved, we’ll send return shipping instructions and an address label. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition (no stains, makeup, or fake tan). If a returned item does not meet our criteria, the return will be declined and you may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with an update. If approved, your refund will be processed minus any non-refundable transaction and payment processing fees, using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited.
