Returns & Refunds Policy

We take pride in the quality of our gowns and carefully check each piece before it’s shipped.
For your convenience, we offer in-person fittings at our Brisbane studio and virtual consultations for brides worldwide.
Gowns
Every gown is handcrafted and made especially for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind. All sales are final unless your gown is found to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Veils
Our veils are also made especially for you and treated as custom items. For that reason, we don’t accept returns or refunds on veil purchases unless the item is faulty.
Cancellations
All gowns and veils are made to order, so cancellations aren’t possible once your order is placed. Please take your time when choosing — and if you’re unsure, we’re happy to answer questions or arrange a virtual consultation before you commit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 72 hours of delivery at letstalkbridal@tlbbride.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you on the best solution — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund — depending on the timing of your request and how close it is to your wedding date. Reports made outside this timeframe will be assessed at our discretion, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
A “fault” refers to a genuine manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before or during delivery. This doesn’t include issues that come from wear, improper handling, or alterations made after delivery.
International brides: Please check your order as soon as it arrives. The 72-hour window begins once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, giving you time to open and inspect your gown.
Sample Sale Gowns
Sample gowns are sold as-is and may show light signs of being tried on in our studio. Because these are heavily reduced, they are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
We recommend reading the product description carefully and reaching out with any questions before purchasing.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods that don’t meet consumer guarantees.
