We take pride in the quality of our pieces and carefully check every item before it is dispatched from our Brisbane studio. 

Made-to-Order Items

Every gown and veil is handcrafted specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and measurements carefully; if you are unsure about fit or fabric, please reach out or book an appointment before committing to your order.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If you've made an error when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist prior to fulfilment.

Please review product descriptions, measurements and size charts carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure which size to choose, we're always happy to help before you place your order.

Cancellations

Made-to-order items are handcrafted specifically for you and are not eligible for cancellation once an order has been placed.

We recommend reviewing your order details, measurements, and style choices carefully before proceeding to checkout. We want you to feel confident in your choice, so please reach out to us at letstalkbridal@tlbbride.com for guidance on style, sizing, or colour before you place your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event that an item is received with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at letstalkbridal@tlbbride.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can assess the situation.

We will work with you on the best solution—whether that is a repair, replacement, or refund—depending on the nature of the fault and your wedding date. Reports made outside this 72-hour window are assessed at our discretion.

Note: A “fault” refers to a genuine manufacturing defect. This does not include issues resulting from standard wear, improper handling, or alterations made after delivery. For international orders, the 72-hour window begins once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier.

Sale & Clearance Items

Sample gowns and clearance items are sold “as-is” and may show signs of wear, handling or previous display. Any known imperfections will be noted in the product description and images provided in each listing.

Due to the reduced pricing, all sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for goods that do not meet consumer guarantees.
