Our custom design service gives you the freedom to create a gown that feels like you, with guidance throughout the process from ideas through to the finished design.
Available in person at our Redcliffe studio or virtually.
We’ll explore your ideas, inspiration and design preferences during your 90-minute consultation. Within five business days, you’ll receive your personalised concept illustration, with two rounds of refinements included.
Once all design details are finalised, we’ll confirm the construction details and source fabric options for you to choose from, before providing a fixed-price quote.
Once you approve your design and place your order, it moves into creation. You’ll receive mock-up images to review the shape and fit, plus progress images at key stages for approval through to your finished gown.
Custom designs start from $2,390, with each gown individually quoted based on the complexity, fabrics and construction. Your gown is made to your measurements for a closer and more personalised fit.
Once your design is finalised and you’re happy with your quote, you can secure your order with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before your gown is shipped or at the time of collection. Alternatively, you can pay in full upfront and receive $100 off.
Yes. If you choose to go ahead with your custom design, your $90 consultation fee is credited towards the final price of your gown.
Please allow up to 16 weeks from receipt of payment. For orders that fall over the Christmas and New Year period, please allow up to an additional 8 weeks.
We recommend starting the process as early as possible to allow plenty of time before your wedding.
For local brides, standard final alterations can be included in your quote, giving you a clearer idea of your overall gown cost from the beginning. Alternatively, they can be quoted separately if you'd prefer to arrange your alterations independently. We can discuss which option suits you best during your consultation.
For brides outside Brisbane, final alterations aren't included and will need to be arranged locally once your gown arrives.
The custom design process can be completed virtually if you can’t visit our Redcliffe studio. Your consultation is held online, and your concept illustration, fabric options, mock-up and progress images are shared with you throughout the design and creation process for review and approval.
Not exactly, but it helps to have an idea of what you like — and what you don't. We recommend trying on a few wedding dresses beforehand so you have a better feel for the silhouettes, necklines and details you’re comfortable in. Bring along any inspiration or ideas you have, and we’ll work through them together during your consultation.
